Riding a motorcycle is
an inherently fun, but also dangerous activity. If you are in an accident, it
can be extremely difficult to emerge from it completely unscathed. While a
fender bender in a car might not result in many physical injuries, almost every
motorcycle accident results in a few bumps and bruises. That being said, if you
have been in a serious motorcycle accident that wasn’t your fault, you might
need to get major medical assistance, which can be extremely expensive.
While the other party
should pay for that medical assistance, it isn’t always as cut and dry as that.
Maybe they don’t have insurance and don’t want to pay, or maybe their insurance
company doesn’t want to pay. In these situations, you may have to go to court
in order to protect your rights.
